Gerard
Owner/Managing director
Husband to Maree, Dad to Grace & James, boss, cricket coach, and master to Socks our dog (the only one that actually listens to me!). I live in the Shellharbour area, where I was born and bred.
With formal qualifications in Business, IT and Accounting, in 2018 I was encouraged to become a NDIS Plan Manager by a Local Area Co-ordinator as it would be a natural fit for my existing business services. I am loving the opportunity working in the disability sector, meeting and helping so many wonderful people.
Lisa
Lead Plan Manager
Lisa is a foundational employee at Pacific Plan Management, and has been helping our participants since 2019, with over five years’ experience in Plan Management.
With previous roles in Accounts, Administration and Disability Services, Lisa has helped grow the organisation into the client-centred service we are today.
Lisa has now grown into the Lead Plan Manager, where she enjoys helping participants with their NDIS plans, as well as attending disability expos, training staff, and continuing the great services we provide.
Lisa has grown up in the Shellharbour area her whole life and enjoys fostering her local contacts and connections to benefit her participants and form strong relationships with providers.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time in the sun, walking along the Shell Cove waterfront and spending quality time with her family.
David
Business development/jack of all trades!
David enjoys long walks along the beach at sunset . . . . .
A fitness fanatic, favouring cycling and ocean swimming. Along with having JustRight cereal for lunch!
With a wide skill set, David thrives on the challenges and opportunities small business brings. He is driven to help our clients and providers within the NDIS community succeed.
Kobie
Marketing
Kobie’s professional background is Marketing and Customer Service for a variety of industries, including: finance, recruitment, retail, and the disability sector.
She is married and has two young kids to keep her busy.
Kobie loves the ocean, especially her local beach at Port Kembla, where you will find her most days in summer.
Emma
Plan Manager
Emma’s background is Administration in the Financial Planning industry. She came onboard to Pacific Plan Management as a Plan Manager because she was seeking a career change.
Emma is married with 2 children and 1 dog. She enjoys spending quality time with family, camping with friends, and going to the movies.
Sonya
Plan Manager
Sonya is married with three gorgeous children, who vary in age. Her professional background is 22 years banking, administration and NDIS Plan Management hence her love for numbers.
Sonya not only understands from a professional point of view, but also being a mother of 3 children on the NDIS.
Sonya enjoys working part time and loves her job being able to help Participants budget and get the most out of their NDIS plans.
Most of all Sonya loves having a good laugh and cuddling her gorgeous Border Collies.
Ashley
Marketing Assistant/Plan Manager
Ashley is currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing at the University of Wollongong, and joined Pacific Plan Management as a Marketing Assistant to gain skills and experience in the field.
Additionally, she is learning the role of Plan Management and has been helping the team support our many NDIS participants.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys going out with friends, playing soccer on the weekends, and listening to live music.
Sarah
Plan Manager
Sarah is the newest member of the Pacific Plan Management team, with a background in Disability Support Work.
Currently, she is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Social Science at the University of Wollongong.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting family, going out with friends, and caring for her budgie, Muffin.
