What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides Australians aged under 65, who have permanent and significant disability with funding for supports and services. Once fully rolled out, it is believe this program will assist approximately 460,000 Australians.

The NDIS can provide all people with disability with information and connections to services in their communities such as doctors, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.


What is NDIS Plan Management?

The NDIA will provide funding in your plan to pay for a Plan Manager (such as us) to pay your providers for you. Eg. Physio, cleaner etc. Plan Managers also help you keep track of your allocated funds and financial reporting.


Why should I choose to be Plan Managed?

By having a NDIS Plan Manager, you have the freedom to focus on achieving your goals and aspirations while your financial responsibilities are taken care of by us. We take the worry out of keeping track of your budget and paying providers.


Is Pacific Plan Management a registered NDIS provider?

Absolutely, after a stringent review of our policies & procedures by an external auditor, we passed. Woohoo! Registration number: 4050061968


The NDIS Cycle

From our point of view we are part of the cycle:

  1. Participants - Ensure you’re within budget and your NDIS finances are managed effectively and efficiently.
  1. Providers - Pay invoices in a timely manner so you can continue to provide great services to participants.
  1. The NDIS - By delivering on our obligations, the NDIS can grow and improve to assist more people.


Does it cost anything to be Plan Managed?

No, Plan Management fees do not come out of your support budget. It is paid for seperately by the NDIS.


What are Plan Managers responsible for?

  • Receiving and paying invoices from providers of your choice. (both registered and non-registered)
  • Claiming funds from your NDIS budget.
  • Sending Monthly Statements showing a summary of the funds you have spent and your remaining funds.
  • Adhering to the NDIS Price Guide.


Where are you located?

We have 3 locations in Warilla, Minto and North Sydney but service Australia Wide.


How long does it take to claim?

This process usually takes two business days when everything is in order.
