Our purpose is to make the NDIS work for you. Let us take away the worry out of keeping track of your budget and paying providers.

WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU

  • Receive and pay your invoices from providers of your choice (both registered and non- registered)

  • Claim funds from your NDIS budget.

  • Send you monthly statements showing a summary of the funds you have spent and your remaining funds.

  • Adhering to the NDIS price guide.

  • No extra fees, our fees are covered by the NDIS.

HOW IT WORKS

As your nominated Plan Manager, Pacific Plan Management will take on the responsibility of paying your supports and submitting claims to the NDIS.

To pay for your supports:

  1. Ask your provider to email their invoices directly to us.

    Please note the following information needs to be on your invoice:

    ABN Number, Invoice Number, Participants Name, Date of service, Support Item Number and Name, Hourly Rate Charged and Number of Hours (if applicable)

  2. You can choose to approve this invoice via our Brevity App.

  3. We then claim the funds via the NDIS portal from your allocated funds.

  4. Funds are then credited to our account, and we use these funds to pay your providers.

This whole process normally takes 2-3 days.

If there is an issue, we aim to rectify this ASAP.

We will also send activity statements to you on a monthly basis.
